well... we started this to showcase many of the the wonderful smaller businesses in our local commnuities. pile it high and cheap is the way of the world these days and we are continuously being made to believe that bigger is better. well, we say hogwash. if we are to retain the beauty and feel of our local town or neighbourhood then we need to protect our local independent businesses. they are more than just the flavour of the place, they are the very ingredients of them.
